Förvaltning för utbyggd tunnelbana genomför utbyggnaden av en helt ny tunnelbanelinje mellan Fridhemsplan och Älvsjö, Gul linje till Älvsjö. Denna upphandling omfattar en totalentreprenad på Gul linje till Älvsjö innefattande projektering och utförande av spårtunnlar med hjälp av TBM samt utförande av fyra stationer i enlighet med beställarens tekniska lösningar. Upphandlingen genomförs som ett förhandlat förfarande med föregående annonserong, se handling Ansökningsinbjudan. Leverantör som deltar i upphandlingen omfattas av skyldigheten enligt artikel 29 i Europaparlamentets och rådets förordning (EU) 2022/2560 av den 14 december 2022 om utländska subventioner som snedvrider den inre marknaden, att anmäla utländska ekonomiska bidrag som mottagits eller lämna försäkran att något sådant inte mottagits. __________________________________________________________________________ The Administration for the Extended Metro is carrying out the construction of an entirely new metro line between Fridhemsplan and Älvsjö, the Yellow Line to Älvsjö. This procurement covers a design-and-build contract on the Yellow line to Älvsjö including the design and construction of rail tunnels using TBM, as well as the construction of four stations in accordance with technical solutions provided by the client. An overview of the scope of the planned works as well as an overview of the commercial terms and conditions for contract is provided in the document Overview of Scope of works. The procurement is conducted as a negotiated procedure with prior publication, see the document "Invitation to submit a request to parcticipate". A supplier participating in the procurement is subject to the obligation, pursuant to Article 29 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2560 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 December 2022 on foreign subsidies distorting the internal market, to notify any foreign financial contributions received or to submit a declaration that no such contributions have been received.
