Upphandlingen avser ett ramavtal för konsulttjänster inom besiktning, vibrationsövervakning och omgivningspåverkan i samband med vibrationsalstrande arbeten såsom sprängning, pålning, spontning, schaktning och packning. Under avtalstiden kommer tjänsterna att avropas löpande för olika projekt. Konsulten ska självständigt, men i nära samverkan med beställarens utsedda representanter och projektledare, planera och genomföra avropade uppdrag. Uppdraget förutsätter hög teknisk kompetens, god kännedom om gällande standarder samt ett professionellt och lösningsorienterat arbetssätt.
