Samverkansavtal Byggentreprenader (över 8 milj). Vi har ett nuvarande avtal som vi behöver avbryta i förtid pga stora problem gällande samverkan med denna entreprenör (som avtalet är tänkt att fungera). Vi har nyligen gjort några liknande samverkansupphandlingar som fungerar bra så det mesta kommer kunna kopieras från ramavtalet för isanläggningar.
