Summary

Lunds Kommuns Fastighets AB (LKF) is establishing a framework agreement for cleaning services across its properties in Lund Municipality. Services include stairwell, relocation, construction and office cleaning, plus specialized work such as high-elevation cleaning, spot sanitation, floor care, and emptying and storage of apartments and storage areas. The framework agreement is valued at approximately 20 million SEK and is open to all qualified suppliers. Bids must be submitted by 18 September 2026. The agreement supplements LKF's internal facilities management through call-off orders.
