Analytical instrument - CRDS isotope monitor
Summary
Stockholm University is procuring a CRDS isotope monitor for automated environmental methane monitoring. The instrument must measure both mixing ratio and stable carbon isotope composition, be field-deployable without cryogens, and deliver data with a time constant under 180 seconds; it will primarily be stationed at a tropical climate observatory. Budget is SEK 2.5 million with a deadline of 22 September 2026. This is an open tender procedure. Relevant to suppliers of analytical instruments and environmental monitoring equipment.
Description (in Swedish)
Analytical instrument - CRDS isotope monitor - an instrument for automated monitoring of environmental levels of methane. Both mixing ratio and stable carbon isotope composition must be measured. The instrument must be field deployable and work without cryogens and generate data with a time constant <180 seconds.
