Umeå Municipality is procuring collection and management of sludge and oil-contaminated water from vessels calling at the harbour and from the harbour's own operations. Budget is approximately 3 million SEK. This is an open procedure, so all qualified suppliers may bid. The deadline is 7 October 2026.
