Summary

Karlskrona municipality is establishing a dynamic purchasing system for solar panel installations and roof-covering work. The procurement covers installation of solar cells and roof cladding, estimated value SEK 50 million. Suppliers can apply to join the system on an ongoing basis through a restricted procedure; no fixed tender deadline is set. Note that this is a framework agreement allowing multiple suppliers to be approved for future calls-for-competition.
