Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) för NGS-analys (Next Generation Sequencing) inom verksamhet Klinisk Genetik och Genomik (KGG). Ett LIMS är ett systemstöd för hantering av laboratorieprocesser och information genom hela laboratoriets arbetsflöde. Lösningen ska stödja hantering av prover, analyser, resultat och tillhörande dokumentation samt möjliggöra full spårbarhet och effektiv informationshantering.
