Entreprenaden omfattar renovering, ombyggnad, tillbyggnad och nybyggnad inom fastigheten Kålltorp 65:4. Objektet utgörs av en befintlig skolanläggning med en sammanlagd lokalarea (LOA) om cirka 11 230 m². Skolverksamhet för högstadiet, årskurs 7–9, samt resursskola F–9 bedrivs inom anläggningen och kommer att pågå under entreprenadtiden. Befintlig bebyggelse Den befintliga skolanläggningen består av fyra byggnader: • Hus A: Huvudbyggnad med klassrum och övriga skollokaler. • Hus B: Idrottsbyggnad. • Hus C: Byggnad med storkök, matsal och slöjdlokaler. • Hus D: Förrådsbyggnad.
