French Gender Expert

The purpose of the assignment is to provide expert support to SPIDER within the iPRIS project by integrating gender equality, inclusion, diversity and equity perspectives into capacity-building, research related activities, training materials and policy-oriented outputs concerning digitalization and telecommunications regulation in Sub-Saharan Africa with particular focus on Francophone partner contexts. The expert will play a central role in strengthening the integration of gender, inclusion, diversity, and equity across project activities, ensuring alignment with international development frameworks and best practices. The expert will work closely with SPIDER and partner institutions to contribute to capacity development, research, and policy-relevant outputs, supporting meaningful and sustainable digital impact in Sub-Saharan Africa.
