Uppförande av parkeringshus i fyra våningar anpassat för ca 700-800 fordon varav 300 platser skall vara elbilsplatser samt att 300 platser skall förberedas för elbilsplatser. Dessa platser skall fördelas på plan 1-3. Elbilsladdning skall ej förekomma på översta våningsplanet. Utöver elbilsladdning skall det finnas 10 laddningsplatser för MC. Utanför garage i anslutning till infart entré skall det plats för ca, 200 cykelparkeringar. Huset uppförs i prefabricerad betong med fasadbeklädnad av limträ. Yta som berörs av arbeten: ca. 12 500 m2 Fotavtryck byggnad: ca. 6000 m2 Hårdgjord yta (Vägar): ca. 3000 m2 Grönytor (diken m.m.): ca. 3.200 m2
