Upphandlingen avser helhetslösning av TV- och bredbandstjänster för Stadsfastighetsförvaltningens fastigheter bestående av cirka 4100 lägenheter (Vård- och omsorgsboende och Boende med särskild service) fördelade på cirka 180 fastigheter. I helhetslösningen ingår erforderliga installationer och utrustningar för att ge varje lägenhet tillgång till TV-utbud och möjlighet till bredband.
