Upphandlingen omfattar ett ärendehanteringssystem, e-tjänsteplattform och en kontaktcenterfunktion till Kundtjänst samt andra berörda verksamheter t.ex. socialförvaltningen, HR. Systemet ska innefatta funktionen telefonistappliktion mot samtliga kommuners befintliga telefonväxel, för närvarande Mitel MX-One. Växeln delas mellan sex (6) samarbetande kommuner.
