Ramavtalsleverantören ska bistå myndigheten med att förvalta och utveckla webbplatser och webbutbildningar vilket även inkluderar filmproduktion samt att ta fram nya webbplatser och webbutbildningar. Behovet omfattar följande befintliga webbplatser och webbutbildningar: brottsoffermyndighetens webbplats, brottsofferguiden, att vittna, jag vill veta, av fri vilja, referatsamlingen, webbutbildning för vittnesstöd och barn i rättsväsendet.
